When it came to selling, Hewitt Adams were my first choice and the only agents that I contacted as they had given me an excellent service when buying previously. I can not commend the team highly enough, they are proactive, friendly, keep you updated on everything, chase solicitors, answer any questions that you have and all with a lovely manner and good sense of humour. From our initial meeting with Dan at Hewitt Adams we have nothing but a fantastic experience. Dan explained step by step what would happen, what we needed to do before the house could be rented and how we could go about doing it. Buying my house through Hewitt Adams was a great experience. From the first contact they were fantastic, booking us in for a viewing the next day. Once we had our offer accepted we were given a contact for the sale progression. Our chain broke a couple of times along the way and with completion dates arranged and cancelled she was fantastic. Not only was she always in the know but showed great compassion and understanding when tension and emotions where high. Even up to the last few days before competition when mixed messages where flying amongst the 8 houses in the chain she was on hand to clear things up and find the facts. Arrange to view a house with Ben and arrived promptly for viewing, Sat outside the property for 40minutes and no vendor had arrived. I called the office and spoke with Ben and asked if the viewing was still on. He fumbled through his diary before telling me the property had been taken under offer the day before and insisted he had emailed me. No email was received but sent an apology email after our phone call which was received promptly. Not an agent I will be using again.
