Didn't respond to an enquiry. Prompted, then lied about property status/availability. Shut down responses when questioned about it. The standard of English estate agents is abysmal compared to those abroad, yet people accept this low level, amateurish behaviour...so they get it!

David was very professional and dedicated supporting my family in the whole renting process. I really recommend David if you are renting a house in Borehamwood. Very polite and reasonable professional and for sure if I need to rent around Borehamwood again, I will contact David!

GoogleWe’re grateful to the team, Geoff, James and Dan for their work to sell our house in Borehamwood, particularly when we had some disappointments with potential buyers along the way. Geoff gave us really helpful advice when we enquired about putting our house on the market, particularly about pitching the asking price correctly to attract interest. It definitely worked - we had lots of viewings which were well arranged to minimise disruption to us. The team were all good at checking in and keeping us informed. Overall a positive experience and we would recommend Winkworth Borehamwood.

We take all reviews very seriously and are sorry your experience has compelled you to lead a less than perfect review. However, we are genuinely puzzled here as your agent and you personally contacted us to arrange pre-completion access to store items and cut the lawn…. Both requests have been granted with good grace by the vendor, who certainly did not have to , and by ourselves without a trace of difficulty or rudeness.
