GoogleL&H Residential more specifically Dean and Scott have been excellent when it comes to property management. They have been managing our rental property for over 7 months and can only say their service has been so profressional and helpful during this time. GoogleHaving worked with other local estate agents to sell our house, we found the Dean and the entire L&H team very refreshing, reliable and most importantly to us they were very upfront about the market challenges and how to overcome them. It took longer than anticipated to sell however, once 'serious' buyers were identified the negotiation process went very smoothly. L&H excelled even more was with their unique sales progression team (Louisa) who was extremely instrumental in successfully managing all five vendors (estate agents and solicitors) across the entire chain. We know who to call if/when we are making our next house move!!

GoogleScott showed us a fair few properties which led to us putting in an offer. Dean then followed up with things very quickly and on a weekend which is never easy! If you’re looking for quick and clear communication and an agency that meets your requirements, L&H is for you!

GoogleI recently sold my flat and bought a house. The estate agents dealing with the sale of my property were everyone's idea of why we don't like estate agents - but fortunately the people who's house that I bought had enlisted L & H Residential as their estate agents. Dean and his staff were superb throughout the selling process - efficient, professional and always got back to me immediately with any query that I had. Their "sales progression dept" (Louisa) was always pushing things through and was so efficient - driving the solicitors on both sides as well as the other estate agent. I would thoroughly recommend L & H Residential as an agency, and should I ever move again I would most certainly be putting my property on the market with them as sole agents. Excellent service

GoogleWe had a great experience with Dean. We almost lost the house we were due to buy when our initial chain fell through. Dean understood immediately that we needed a first-time or cash buyer, and only brought people round who were in a position to move quickly. The house went on to the market on a Friday afternoon, and he had found buyers for it by the end of the same day. Couldn't have asked for more.
