L & H are truly professional, in everything they do. Dean took amazing photos of my home with the latest camera technology, they also use all the current communication channels so that you are always informed every step of the way. When one of their guys knocked on my door it seemed forward but since we were considering selling the house anyway - a free valuation didn't hurt. House was valued quite a bit above what we thought so we agreed with L & H to list it and within 2 weeks we had several offers to choose from and have just booked in our completion date! Highly recommend! Dean is super responsive, and professional. Previous estate agents targeted numbers, Dean ensured all viewings were with viable buyers. He successfully (and quickly) achieved the value we were aiming for on 2 occasions. It began when Dean's employee Daniel showed us a property - he was lovely and professional, and very patient with all our questions as first buyers. We were then liaising with Dean with everything to do with the purchase. Dean gave us a recommendation of a wonderful mortgage broker as we were having issues doing it on our own - and for this I am extremely thankful! we did struggle a bit when negotiating a price, and a move date, but Dean was very helpful. Dean and his team are superb. They succeed where others fail mostly because they have empathy with both the seller and the type of buyer who would want their home. Their knowledge and sensible use of information on the type of people living in the neighbourhood, eg, age profiles, professions and their needs such as schools, play groups, communal facilities gives them an edge on others. Dean and his team were outstanding when we sold our property attending all appointments in good time and giving priceless advice on what to do and how best to do it to achieve the sale. Dean always kept us informed about what was going on and gave us any news regardless of good or bad. From start to finish we had a great service from L&H. Friendly, approachable and professional. The pictures of our house alone were fantastic as they use a professional photographer so your house is shown in it's best light. Dean is always contactable day or night for any queries and you get weekly emails with updates so you are always kept in the loop. Feedback on viewings was quick and I never had to chase for it. We only had a few before he found our buyer anyway! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell. We would definitely use L&H again.
