From start to finish we had a great service from L&H. Friendly, approachable and professional. The pictures of our house alone were fantastic as they use a professional photographer so your house is shown in it's best light. Dean is always contactable day or night for any queries and you get weekly emails with updates so you are always kept in the loop. Feedback on viewings was quick and I never had to chase for it. We only had a few before he found our buyer anyway! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell. We would definitely use L&H again.

Our challenge was to complete on a property before the end of March in view of the additional stamp duty charges coming to fruition. Dean has been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. His flexibility speaking at stupid hours of the day and having a good sense of humour to go along with this was well appreciated. Most importantly his tenacity to help push a deal through and over the line in time has been seriously noted! I would not hesitate to use Dean again (he is easy to work with which is extremely important in stressful situations) and highly recommend L&H residential.

L&H are in the process of selling my property in Borehamwood. The team headed up by Dean, have always shown complete professionalism whether it be answering the phone, doing the valuation or coming out to do viewings. Very efficient and always courteous & friendly, they go the extra mile. They've set up a group WhatsApp chat to streamline the process & yesterday Daniel & Scott did a block of 12 viewings across a 2 hour period. They were booked well in advance which was fantastic for me as I struggle with health issues so I could plan ahead to vacate the property. Doing block viewings made the process efficient & smooth. From right at the beginning of my house search, Dean was more on the ball then any other agent. I'd have to call other agents repeatedly to arrange a viewing while Dean was showing me properties more than everyone else combined. And he wasn't pushy. The first purchase fell through but my eventual purchase (also through Dean) has worked out perfectly. I will definitely be using Dean to eventually sell my house.

After having our house on the market for 3 months with no luck we decided to list it through L&H Residential due to excellent reviews and we are so pleased we did!
