GoogleDean acted promptly and professionally with the sale and sold the flat very fast. Once a buyer was found, Louisa took over with the sale and again kept us informed of every step via email and phone. Cldnt ask for a better estate agent. Highly recommend for a stress free sale. Thanks so much 😬 …

FacebookI just wanted to say how impressed I was with Dean B Hope at L&H Residential. What a lovely guy.. A real honest hard working estate agent. Found a tenant... But more importantly was excellent at communication and advising throughout. A pleasure to work with and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to rent or rent out a property.

FacebookOur house was on with a different agent for 3 months, we received no offers. After changing to L&H Residential, we had 2 offers within 3 weeks and sold by week 4. The follow up service is great, with the sales progression team answering queries promptly and chasing relevant parties. Very happy we changed to L&H Residential.
