Fraudulent

Unfortunately, I had bad experiences with them as I was misleaded by their testimonials. They're just opportunistic to buy houses in very small prices when people are in difficult situations. They manipulate people's helpless situations. I would never take any services from them in future.

Called up and booked some viewings for my first purchase. I was fortunate enough to speak to Harrison who has been beyond helpful. He has exhausted himself taking me to view properties and recommending venues that meet my criteria. He has put me in touch with mortgage brokers and the whole process has been made smooth and effortless. If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. Kings Group’s handling of my property has been appalling: Quoted £50 for a repair (confirmed in writing), then refused to honour it Rude and dismissive staff: Ella Fletcher, Megan Bush, and Jade Fox offered no accountability Blamed a “typo” instead of taking responsibility Ignored formal complaints procedure, no reference number, no proper investigation Shockingly advised a tenant to remain in my property after a court-issued possession order This is misrepresentation and a breach of their legal obligations. I submitted a formal complaint to the Property Ombudsman in June and will be updating them with this continued negligence. Do not let them manage your property. They will cost you money, peace of mind, and waste your time. Avoid at all costs.

I have had numerous issues with the agency. Poor communication was evident throughout. Staff were rude and unpleasant with issues never being dealt with. Maintenance took months and working individuals are not supported. I have worked from home specifically to accommodate maintenance and they have not turned up before. There is zero support for tenants. Even if the property was amazing I would not use Kings. When we first moved in mold was covering the walls of the property but it was argued that the house was clean.
