I had a great experience with Croudace. I visited Willowbrook Didcot for the first time in August over a weekend on an open day. From the day one until the time we purchased and secured handover in December I found Charlotte being really supportive. Cleared all of my doubts and remained humble and friendly since I purchased new house for the first time hence was bit nervous but she was transparent, technically sound and knowledgeable throughout the time and answered all my queries. Even now post handover in December she always remain available and prompt in response. The entire process was smooth, excellent and outstanding. Me and my family are enjoying living here in Didcot. I’d like to thank Nikki at the Hertford site.My parents moved into their home November 2023 and they are elderly and the move was nerve racking for them especially when they sold their home and dealing with the chain.Nikki was very patient and took her time explaining everything from signing the paperwork, choosing choices and moving in. I cannot fault anything, even their home has been built and finished really well.What has really impressed me was my parents moved in a struggled with the internet, utilities, TV system and Nikki just went out her way and helped them which I’ve never seen before in a sales personMy parents were tricked by sky to have there stream box and we just didn’t notice until it turned up and Nikki knew what it was and helped sort the issue out, she helped connect the internet and advised what internet cables they need to hardwire the tab system. I have no clue and couldn’t help my parents but I am so grateful that Nikki has gone above 5 stars. My parents home is beautiful and they are so happy moving into a new home with no issues with heating, etc. all of this could not of happened if Nikki wasn’t on the case. Right from the start to finish and afterwards Nikki at Blakemore Manor has gone above and beyond, in actual fact beyond beyond. Very friendly, smiley and welcoming every time we popped into the sales office. We were shown all the plans in great detail, allowed us to take our time with all the silly questions and visit our lovely home as and when we were able to pending the building works. Communication from Nikki and team were spot on and Nikki knew practically all the answers to our questions and nothing was too much for her. We are truly grateful for all of Nikki’s help After we moved in she came to see how we were getting on and kindly answered more questions and she even helped us connect the hive heating so we can use the app, what really surprised me I had no clue how to set up my internet and she helped me out. I have never seen such a lovely person who made time for us and never made us feel like we were in the way or taking too much time.The knowledge she has of Croudace’s homes is amazing. The quality of our home is wonderful and only had a few minor niggles which have been sortedThank you Nikki for everything you have done for us

As referred to in my title, so many ways that this company conduct themselves in such a professional manner, but it's actually so much more than that.The overriding feeling from the moment I started looking for a house to move into in the area was one of care, sounds like a simple thing, but it most certainly meant a great deal to me at that time. Nikki and Sarah, in particular, were just brilliant, professional, of course in every way, but also understanding and thoughtful, nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble or an inconvenience.I could go on and on as you can plainly see, but I'll skip onto the time 2 weeks ago when I moved in and you might think, well that's it then, won't have many dealings with the sales office, well nothing could be further from the truth, nothing is too much trouble for them. Any questions, problems, worries were dealt with immediately and if they couldn't find the answer they'd look into it and let me have a reply as soon as possible. I'm going to move onto the site staff in particular Joe, although to be fair to everyone else they all deserve a special thank you.As for Joe, we'll where do I start, from the day of the orientation meeting on the 13th October to the present date he has been extremely helpful, understanding and thoughtful dealing with any problems or queries I might have in an exemplary way. Any small bits that needed done in terms of fixing some bits here and there (painting, cleaning etc) they will do it for you. My partner purchased a property from the original purchaser of one of their old developments, In the legal pack they have made it compulsory with land registry to obtain a legal form from them for completion, now he has come to sell paperwork is required and even after 18 days of emailing nothing has been issued to our solicitors and you can never get anyone to answer the phone in the legal enquires team because its not a new sale they are not interested !

After THEY suggested part exchange, when our house sale fell through, they strung us along for 3 months with very little communication, then very suddenly without explanation pulled out! Without any explanation apart from “too many issues!!! (Very fishy!) Costing us £2300 in solicitors fees! Absolutely disgusting how they treat customers, no care given to the distress & cost they cause people. Don’t even have the decency to explain why they’re pulling the rug, disgusting absolutely no morals! STEER WELL CLEAR!!!!

I purchased a croudace home in Dec 2021, i was one of the first to move in. The company still have ongoing works. I have been mis-sold and mislead on a number of things, including an EV charging point and solar panels. I also unfortunately live next door to 2 show homes and the security alarms have been going off at all hours. I have sent numerous emails and been into the show home personally a number of times to report. There is no contact number held by the security firm to contact a croudace employee. It has woken my 1 year old up numerous times. One of the sales and marketing director is rude and does not care about home owners in the slightest. I have even got an apology for any of the issues i've had, not even a small jester of good will. Ive just been told repeatedly croudace haven't done anything wrong and out right ignored.

The entire process of buying a house with Croudace has been very easy. The sales staff (Nikki and Sarah at Croft Gardens, Knebworth) were friendly and helpful from the first visit. Throughout the sales process they went out of their way to keep me informed and helped answer any and all my questions! Since moving in and being assigned a customer care rep (the very helpful Michelle) both Nikki and Sarah and followed up to ensure I have settled in.
