If I could rate wards zero stars I would, absolutely useless and completely unprofessional. I will not be wasting my time viewing properties with them in the future.

I am a first time buyer and have just completed on my first house. I wanted to praise Julia at Wards, Herne Bay. I was very nervous and didn’t have a clue about buying a house but the team at Herne Bay, Graham the manager, have been amazing from start to finish. I can’t thank Wards of Herne Bay enough. I have recently purchased a 1 bed flat to rent. Wards have been amazing throughout the sales and letting process. Abi, Adam, Ellie and Marie have been amazing in progressing this so smoothly. They have taken care of everything for the rental and were very quick to market the property. Find tenants, organise remedial works, certificates etc. I can’t wait to do the next property with them.

I’ve been using Wards in Herne Bay since 2004, so quite a while. Have always had great service and most recently help with my sale and probate which has been invaluable. Great advice and also they listen to a seller! Recommended as honest and reliable

I first dealt with Amy in booking a viewing and she arranged with ease to the date I wanted. Then I went through and started to offer on the house and Graham and Michael were really helpful in communicating and keeping me up to date and saw the offer accepted. Finally right up to exchange Grace was brilliant In chasing solicitors and keeping me up do date. Very happy with all who dealt with at Herne bay wards would highly recommend.

I've recently purchased a property through Wards and have nothing but good things to say about the team. It was a very smooth process right from the viewings to the exchange. Particular shout-out to Maria who was particularly helpful both with the litany of questions I had and keeping on top of things with some tricky spots nearer the end of the process. Would definitely recommend using them in the future!
