When we decided to sell our property we made the decision to go to another agent, but after many months with limited viewings, we decided to go to Wards (we have used them before, but slightly more expensive). We should have gone with them in the first place as although very slightly higher in price, I am sure we would have sold it earlier. The other agents were lovely, but the difference in the feedback and the knowledge Wards had of how the customers felt about the property, I felt they were trying to sell it and not just letting them in. Thanks to Shane, Emily, Freya and Graham we have now sold our property.

After having a valuation on my late fathers house I was very appreciative for Grahams honest valuation and for the sound advice he provided me with, I am currently in two minds to actually sell the property and Graham was open and transparent to my thoughts and wishes going forward, Graham was not just interested in his sale he was genuinely considerate towards my future and discussed all the options open for me, Graham was professional, considerate and respectful at all times during his visit and was actually interested in what I had to say and the reason we were where we were, he took the time to listen. I genuinely felt like a person and not a sale, I would totally recommend Wards for their professionalism and honesty and wouldn't hesitate to approach them for honest, reliable, sound advice. Highly recommend the team at Wards in Herne Bay, we recently had a family bereavement and I was helping my parents , as executors, to sell the property as they’d been finding the whole process very overwhelming. Being based a fair distance from the property I wanted an estate agents we could rely on to handle everything and we couldn’t not have hoped for better! From my first conversation I knew we’d be in good hands, Graham was fabulous with my elderly parents, reassuring, professional and patient helping them through the process. The team had a viewing arranged within a week and pictures uploaded to the website super quickly - the photos they arranged really made the most of the property. My parents are really happy that in less than 3 weeks Emily kindly called after just the second viewing to let us know we had a great offer and once accepted ran through initial details. Huge thanks to Emily, Shane and Graham for all of their hard work and support they’ve been wonderful and so reassuring to know they my parents will be looked after during the next steps of the sale.

We recently purchased a property using wards of herne bay. We're currently in the final stages of the purchasing process. We had two visits to the property, and were welcomed by Adam to our second visit. Adam was so helpful and really sold the property to us, he even envisioned future changes we might make with us, he really embraced the showing and is probably the reason we decided to make an offer. Again at this stage Adam was so helpful in negotiation an offer for us and arranging a consultation with Steve. We were kept in the loop throughout the offer process and had a great meeting with Graham to ensure everything was in place to put us in the best position to purchase. Since the offer was accepted we have been in the very capable hands of Maria whom ensure we're provided with weekly updates and chasing solicitors on our behalf. We also used wards recommended solicitor at Martin Tolhurst. Adam and Graham at Wards were absolutely amazing. Adam nothing was too much trouble, kept us informed throughout the process. He was professional and knowledgeable yet managed to remain friendly and approachable during what was some difficult negotiations! He was always at hand to reassure us when we made multiple calls to him. Would recommend Adam both buyers and us as sellers had a great rapport with him. Manager Graham equally as good, can not rate Wards enough for the work they did, Graham’s constant negotiating to keep the sale on the table multiple times.
