We have used this office twice - once to buy and the second time to sell and buy. The whole team are friendly, hard working and efficient. We find it difficult to believe that they can be matched by any other estate agent. They certainly can't be bettered. Exceptionally poor communications and even basic human decency. Failed to notify a Section 13 Rent increase then sent a hasty email one month later once prompted by landlord. Taken over a week to verify with DWP (still not completed) and just send copy and paste emails to try and rectify their own mistakes. Would rather have the last lookout on the Titanic in charge rather than Wards, as your ship too will sink....

Once again, the team at Wards have pulled it off smoothly and sold my house. There were quite a few obstacles but they were all overcome with their support and experience. Grace, the mover and shaker, kept in weekly contact with updates and chasing documents. The website is easy to navigate and the account was regularly updated with progress reports.
