Moving house is always a daunting time, however ours was made all that worse by the sudden loss of our Dad. I hadn't had any previous experience of selling a house, let alone buying one, so it was quite scary. Thankfully for us we had a lovely lady, Lavina helping us out. She was kind and empathic, nothing was too much trouble (although our sale wasn't straight forward) and kept us up to date through the whole process. Communication was excellent, knowledge was great and general customer service was outstanding.
