The property we had to sell was not run of the mill and, after a recommendation from a friend, we met Sam Burston from Glasshouse to talk over the sale. Sam thought carefully about the specific aspects of the building, suggested a video to help people understand the layout and was realistic in his valuation. The sale was completed (during the pandemic) with a higher than estimated sale value. We are very impressed and have asked Sam to deal with another sale for us.

Jayne at Glasshouse Properties is a legend amongst estate agents in our opinion. During the sale of our property she kept us fully informed at every stage, during what turned out to be a very protracted experience! Her integrity and professionalism at every turn was greatly appreciated, communication with her was prompt and efficient. We have bought and sold a fair few properties in our lifetime but have never experienced the high level of service that Jayne provided, she fully deserves her legend status in our eyes.

When appointing an agent for the sale of our property, it was between the biggest local estate agency and GlassHouse. We opted for the biggest local agent in the end, and unfortunately this proved to be a mistake on our part. We ended up re listing with GlassHouse and WOW, what a difference. Superb service, first rate communication - no more than a week went by without a call, feedback after every viewing and reviews to check how things are going. Jayne was especially vigilant with following up the property chain we were in and totally customer focused. You can sometimes be left wondering what you get for your money with some estate agents but not Glasshouse. If good communication is important to you with excellent marketing and photography then I would 100% recommend.

Glasshouse were the agent on a property that I recently purchased and it was a really positive experience. Sam was consistently polite, upfront and realistic, he also answered calls, emails and texts in a timely manner and kept me up to date as to how things were proceeding. My experience of estate agents in the last year has been that once the sale is agreed they drop off the radar, this was definitely not my experience with Glasshouse. Buying or selling a house is always a tad stressful. However, on this occasion, it was almost a pleasure!

I can't speak highly enough of Joe, Simon and his team. Excellent service from the outset, included a pre sales / marketing brief of what we should do to the house before selling it (they didn't even know that I was going to be a customer at this point), a very smooth and detailed visit to record the details / take pictures of our house and then they kept us posted of the interest on a very regular basis.....not to mention the fact that they sold our house within a very short time (2 weeks). Nothing was too much bother for them, they took the usual pain out of the whole experience. A credit to their industry.

From the initial valuation through to completion, Glasshouse provided exceptional service. The team excels in transparency, communication, customer service and knowledge of the properties they sell.
