We moved into our new house on Late October last year. JAMES WANKLYN was our contact and he is such an amazing person to go with. He is always been there on the other end to give the answers for every concerns and queries, kept us updated always and even give us good suggestions where we stuck with taking decisions. After a year in rented accommodation and having missed out on a few properties due to market circumstances we were demoralised, anxious and not confident of securing a property, especially given the demand for the kind of property we wanted. However, right from our first appointment, Jayne displayed the most professional qualities and provided the confidence and positivity needed to re-energise us. After first helping us to secure the property, Jayne used her incredible experience and knowledge to unpick a myriad of technical and legal issues, liaising with both sets of conveyance teams, while keeping us and the vendors updated thus ensuring momentum on both sides. Jayne displayed true professionalism throughout and arguably went above and beyond, working out of business hours when required to keep all parties focussed while remaining calm and assured at all times. We’ve been in our beautiful home a month now and recently met up with the vendors and we both agreed that their sale and our purchase simply would not have happened without Jayne at the helm. All the team at GlassHouse were professional, empathetic and brilliant at keeping me in the loop. They were efficient when getting the valuation and photos done and practical with viewings and offers. I couldn’t fault the team in anyway and if I were to ever sell again, they would be the only agent I would go to. I wouldn’t waste my time going to any other agent for a valuation. My sale was stressful and tricky, due to complications in the chain but the team, especially Kirsty, we’re patient and kept me updated the whole way through. No chain, big or small, is to difficult for GlassHouse to deal with and I honestly can’t thank them enough for all of their hard work! Oh very bad service. We had a viewing and that is it. They just ghosted us. Really delighted with the service received from Glasshouse Properties . Sam who looked after the sale for us was delightful and extremely patient, knowledgeable and so helpful . My husband is in a wheelchair , elderly and very confused most of the time but Sam made sure he was not disturbed ever . The photos were very professional and really help sell the place and the video was really special I would not hesitate to reommend Glasshouse Properties to anyone selling or buying a house . Attempted to rent a room from them, Agent was five minutes late with no message/call, when they arrived they told me that the room I was interested in was let already, this wasted 40 minutes of my time with travel, if someone had called ahead then this problem wouldn't have happened. Very, very disappointed.
