GoogleFrom the outset Glasshouse have been the most professional service we had ever encountered. The quality of information they got from us to aid in writing the brochure, to the way they took images and displayed them to get the best and most interest. Being agile to the changing market conditions and respectful of all stakeholders opinions. They sold 3 properties for us in a challenging market with fantastic communication throughout. I cannot rate them highly enough !

GoogleWe chose glasshouse to sell our property and we can't recommend them enough. The photos of our property were high quality and well put together. Our house sold on the first viewing for full market value. We had a small onward chain and kirsty was very proactive with contacting solicitors and keeping us in the loop. She was always prompt to reply and answer any questions we had. Will be recommending to friends and family.

GoogleGreat service from GlassHouse’s staff. Yes Although Covid made every aspect of house sales difficult. They endured and worked tirelessly to smooth out the wrinkles it caused. The price and service represented good valve and would definitely use them again. It’s a shame the buyers solicitor more effected by these strange times. GoogleWe were extremely pleased with the service provided by Glasshouse, the production package was excellent. Our house was placed on the market at around 4pm and we had two offers within 24 hours one of which exceeded the asking price. Communication from them was also excellent and their fees were reasonable. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

GoogleEveryone at Glasshouse was extremely helpful - gave me good advice, we’re easy to get hold of and did their utmost to help. Completion was tricky because of issues with a bank further down the chain, but they were really helpful and looked after me really well. I would readily recommend Glasshouse.

GoogleI have had many dealings with James Wanklyn as he has showed me a number of properties. He is always very professional, knowledgable and conscientious. The second viewing I had after the sale was agreed was with Matt Clark. The first time he has shown me a property but I also found him to be very professional and agreeable. I highly rate glass house and will continue to buy through them and in the future will be my first point of contact if I ever plan to sell any property I own. I would also consider them with any rental property I may have coming up to be advertised by them and tenancy done by them in the future.

GoogleThese guys sold my house post lockdown. Their service was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. They were professional and on the ball with the marketing and viewings. I wouldn't use anyone else again. Their use of social media was a cut above the rest!
