From the start of the process these guys were faultless, going above and beyond the call of duty! During the initial stages the team were thorough in their inspection of the property putting together a great sales package that was clearly explained. Once on the market the team were extremely proactive in gaining interested parties. As we were conducting the viewings ourselves we were updated at all stages with viewing times and viewing feedback. Once under offer our particular sale became quite a drawn out process, a result of a moving chain, Kirsty was excellent at maintaining communications with all involved parties, continuing to provide detailed updates at all stages. Without Kirsty's professionalism and diligence we believe we may have missed our specified move date. Overall the entire team at Glasshouse were fantastic, I would not hesitate to recommend them and would not consider another estate agent ourselves if we were to sell again in the Herefordshire area. A well deserved five stars!

Sam has been professional and friendly throughout our purchase and move to Colwall. He has always been available to answer questions and has also provided us with interesting and useful local information. He went the extra mile when there was a delay in completion (not to do with us or him!) and negotiated us getting the garage keys early. He then came back with the house keys after hours once we were finally able to get into the property. I would recommend him highly.

When appointing an agent for the sale of our property, it was between the biggest local estate agency and GlassHouse. We opted for the biggest local agent in the end, and unfortunately this proved to be a mistake on our part. We ended up re listing with GlassHouse and WOW, what a difference. GlassHouse - in particular Sam and Jane, displayed true professionalism in every stage of our sale. Superb service, first rate communication - no more than a week went by without a call, feedback after every viewing and reviews to check how things are going. Jayne was especially vigilant with following up the property chain we were in and totally customer focused. You can sometimes be left wondering what you get for your money with some estate agents but not Glasshouse. If good communication is important to you with excellent marketing and photography then I would 100% recommend.

Amazing! Everything you need from an estate agent that other companies just do not offer. I can't speak highly enough of Joe, Simon and his team. Excellent service from the outset, included a pre sales / marketing brief of what we should do to the house before selling it (they didn't even know that I was going to be a customer at this point), a very smooth and detailed visit to record the details / take pictures of our house and then they kept us posted of the interest on a very regular basis.....not to mention the fact that they sold our house within a very short time (2 weeks).
