GoogleI was very impressed by the service Glasshouse provided from the start until completion. James was handling the sale of my property and I found him to be very polite , professional and always keeping me up to date on the progress of the sale and feedback from viewings. The photos taken were fantastic too.

GoogleAttempted to rent a room from them, Agent was five minutes late with no message/call, when they arrived they told me that the room I was interested in was let already, this wasted 40 minutes of my time with travel, if someone had called ahead then this problem wouldn't have happened. Very, very disappointed.

GoogleChoosing an Estate Agent to sell one's precious home sweet home is a crucial decision. Fortunately we made exactly the right one with Sam at GlassHouse. From initial meeting to completion, he was a joy. Extremely efficient, gently offering wise advice and always courteous, polite and respectful throughout - especially during what can be potentially challenging times showing possible buyers around. Highly recommend him and, in the unlikely event that we EVER have to move again (!), would certainly call on Sam.

From start to finish, they worked tirelessly, not only to secure a buyer, but also to hold the sale together when unexpected issues arose with the conveyancers toward the end. Their dedication and persistence made all the difference. The marketing of the property was outstanding; the presentation was beautiful and really set them apart. Their customer service is second to none: they return calls promptly, offer honest and practical advice, and are, quite simply, a pleasure to deal with throughout. GoogleGlasshouse are first rate and Sam Burston in particular, is by far the most professional agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is knowledgeable and fills you with confidence. Always happy to talk through the process and offer sound advice. I would highly recommend Glasshouse and Sam. Sam communicated well throughout the process and it felt like he really takes his role seriously - i.e. doing the best for his vendor, but committed and pro-active in doing all that they could to communicate well and ensure that the sale completed. All in all, a very efficient and professional service.

GoogleFrom the initial valuation through to completion, Glasshouse provided exceptional service. We had been through the sale process already with another estate agent and were struggling to sell so we decided to make a change. Within a few days of then going live with Glasshouse we were sold. You cant ask for any more from an estate agent than that. The communication throughout has been superb, always available when needed, and aways willing to help in any way possible. Couldn't recommend them enough (infact, already have recommended to a friend who is also now listed and sold with Glasshouse!)

GoogleFrom start to finish, Glasshouse have been amazing. We were looking for our new home for almost 2 years so have experienced most of the estate agents operating around Hereford. Let’s just say, some are better than others and we’re so pleased that our vendors chose Glasshouse. They were consistently excellent - great communication, very responsive and incredibly helpful. Special mention for James who has been with us throughout the process, handing over to others when out-of-office and keeping in close communication throughout. We cannot say thank you enough.

GoogleMy agent initially sat me down to talk me through the process. He gave me a to do list. After having the kitchen painted I could appreciate his comments. I moved furniture, took away unnecessary items in the house and garden. With his advice I was able to present my property in a better light as confirmed by the agent's drone photographs and those of the photographer. The agent was prompt to arrange and show round prospective buyers. He also gave good feed back.

Everything they have said has been absolutely spot on, our house was marketed beautifully by his photographer and his own video, we had great interest immediately and the house had three asking price offers within 5 days. COVId obviously slowed things down but Joe was with us throughout what at times was a torturous journey. GoogleWe would highly recommend Glass House Properties, specifically Sam Burston, to anyone considering selling their property. Sam provided outstanding service and expertise when he helped us sell our timber framed property last Summer. He was a constant source of reassurance during what could have been a very stressful process. His years of experience were clear to see throughout the the sale. From advising on interior design changes and bringing in a specialist photographer to really showcase the house, thorough detailed listing information and floor plans, arranging and performing viewing to negotiating the sale all the way to completion. His communication was exemplary throughout. He was quick to respond to messages, often out of hours, and was an effective intermediary between us, the buyers and both sets of solicitors. I feel that his regular communication between all parties really helped to speed up what can often be a laborious process, particularly regarding solicitor activity. Sam gave us plenty of notice to prepare for viewings, which he performed himself, and feedback was instant. It took only 10 days, 3 viewings, for us accept an offer. This offer went on to be the completed sale. If we do sell, or indeed buy again, we wouldn’t hesitate to use Sam Burston and Glass House Properties. Thank you Sam.

GoogleWe looked at many estate agents when we decided to put our house on the market in June 2019. A number of long established names came to our house and gave us the talk that we have had numerous times (we have moved quite a few times!). We decided to ask Glass House to come and quote as we had heard good things about them. Sam Burston came to our house and told us about himself and his company’s philosophy - it’s the first time we have been impressed by what an estate agent has to say. Selling a house is a very stressful thing to do and things rarely go according to plan. This is where an estate agent, in our opinion, earns their money. There were issues with houses, finance, people pulling out and a multitude of other things along the chain. However, Sam kept calm (and more importantly, kept us calm!), didn’t flap at all. He was always ready to find alternative solutions and asked all the right questions. We have consistently recommended Glass House to friends, family and in fact, anyone we come across selling their house. We found Sam to be an excellent ambassador for his Company, respectful, courteous and always on the ball. We would have no hesitation in recommending Glass House to anyone selling their house

GoogleWhen looking for a new house to rent it’s always an anxious time. But from day one Emma made me feel at ease. From the get go the process of me looking at a property; saying yes and then moving in, was so quick and easy. Emma at Glasshouse is amazing, supportive and goes above and beyond. Whenever there has been an issue, no matter how small it is; I know I can email and know that it will be sorted in no time. Glasshouse give that bit more of a personal touch, great communication, and are very helpful I would definitely recommend!!
