All the team at GlassHouse were professional, empathetic and brilliant at keeping me in the loop. They were efficient when getting the valuation and photos done and practical with viewings and offers. I couldn’t fault the team in anyway and if I were to ever sell again, they would be the only agent I would go to. I wouldn’t waste my time going to any other agent for a valuation. My sale was stressful and tricky, due to complications in the chain but the team, especially Kirsty, we’re patient and kept me updated the whole way through.
