Matt from the Hereford office sold our property on the first viewing for 10k over the asking price after being on the market the previous year with another agent. We were so impressed with all the sales staff, the phone is always answered and emails always replied to. The photography is far superior to other agents and overall they are worth every penny! GoogleJust sold second home in four years thanks to Glasshouse. Such a positive experience; felt thoroughly looked after throughout, in a process which inevitably has its stresses. Communication and advice is superb and they go the extra mile all the time for clients. I wouldn't consider selling through anyone else, thanks to hugely competitive rates combined with absolutely top-notch service. The marketing is second to none and sold this time on the first morning. You are in very good hands with Glasshouse. GoogleI can't speak too highly of Glasshouse. At every stage of selling my house the team gave the most professional, helpful and friendly service. Their initial valuation was considerably higher than other firms I consulted and the eventual sale price realised was near to this amount. All the team visited at the start so that they had a firsthand experience of the property and had met me personally. Great care was taken with the photographs which were brilliant and the written description for the sale details was full, accurate, positive and well-written. Communication between the team and myself and in negotiating with potential buyers and solicitors was always responsive, intelligent and supportive. This estate agent really is exceptional in the quality of its work and yet is no more expensive than others. GoogleWe looked at a few properties before putting our house on the market. Sam stood out a mile from all other estate agents we met - he was knowledgeable about the properties he represented and clearly well prepared, quickly understood our requirements and it was obvious we needed him and Glasshouse to sell our property too. The whole process was quick, easy and we were very happy with the description, floorplan and photos - which were all ready quickly to a very high standard. Sam took time to identify what the key selling points were beyond the obvious and this attention to detail really helped. Sam sold our house on the first day of viewings and kept working with us during the sale, connecting us to a number of other suitable properties and within a short time he showed us round our dream house. From then on Sam’s communication and efforts to get (what was a quite tricky chain) over the line were hugely appreciated and eventually paid off. Sam worked tirelessly and proactively throughout (heading off issues before they became problems). Communication was at all times clear and speedy. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Sam and Glasshouse next time.

GoogleWe recently purchased a house that was listed by Sam Burston and from the outset, we found him to be totally professional, as well as trustworthy and efficient. We currently live in Canada, and being 5000 miles away and 8 hours behind the UK time zone, Sam’s professionalism certainly helped the transaction proceed in a timely fashion. Whenever he said he was going to do something, he actually did it, which sounds simple enough, but experience of other estate agents during the search for our UK home has proved that not everyone is as reliable. Should we ever need to list a home for sale, then we would have no hesitation in using Sam as our agent, and can confidently recommend him to others.

From initial contact right to beyond the completion of our property sale she maintained a highly professional, warm and friendly, pro-active, conscientious and highly considerate approach to everything. Pulling together her small but experienced team at Glasshouse; along with a wealth of contacts (from renowned photographers to extensive knowledge of solicitor services) she guided us through the process from start to end. Producing a quality finish to every aspect of the effective marketing approaches used (you only have to view a Glasshouse property on Rightmove or Zoopla to see the difference) Jayne priced our property accurately for the market and with her pro-active approach to obtaining viewings she sold our property within just days of launch. The personalised service continued as she offered guidance on properties on the open market as we searched for and found our new home. Keeping everything on track she kept in close contact with us, our buyers, both solicitors and our vendor’s agent to bring everything to a smooth close. This was the by far the best service we have ever received from an estate agent (we have moved 5 times in the last 10 years) and by far the least stressful due to the outstanding support on offer from Glasshouse. We could not even begin to recommend them enough. Thank you for everything.

GoogleI could not have been happier with the service we received from Glasshouse. Their communication, advice and service was first class. Our house sold in under a week and they kindly allowed me to utilise their expertise, giving me advice to help with my purchase too. They worked exceptionally hard to ensure our sale progressed through various hurdles, something that is often underestimated but is absolutely vital. Being able to have one point of contact and to communicate outside of office hours by text and email was hugely appreciated. My hand was held throughout the whole process.
