Having viewed many houses in Herefordshire, we were lucky to find the one we wanted and Chancellor’s were the agent selling the house. The representative who showed us around was very helpful but when the usual melee of to’s and fro’s with solicitors was in progress, it was Timothy at the Hereford office that kept things moving, professional and in a calm manner that oozed confidence. He dealt with the vendors promptly negotiating areas that had to be agreed and all was delivered with a smile and his willingness to help. His style took the pressure off the purchase and we were delighted to receive the keys from Timothy as we started our new life in this beautiful county. Thank you!

Absolute predatory behaviour. They force you to do a background check at your cost to put an offer on their property. The company they use then signs you up to a monthly payment which you never consent to. These background checks are always paid by the agent. Not to mention that the estate agents try to gaslight you if you bring up any concern. Avoid at all costs.
