GoogleWithin the course of two weeks I had inquired about and then moved into my first choice out of all the properties I had seen in Henley thanks to Davis Tate. This was primarily because of Jenny King, who was instrumental in expediting the moving process whilst responding immediately to any calls or emails whilst always being friendly.
Davis Tate itself as an agency was always available for any questions and everyone was extremely nice (especially Emma who had to field most of my phone calls). GoogleMy wife and I recently sold our 5-bedroomed family house with Davis Tate, in order to downsize. For us they were first class in all respects. The house was presented superbly well and we had a lot of viewings very quickly resulting in several offers. We primarily dealt with Jason, the Henley manager, and Vanessa, head of Country and Riverside, who were a real pleasure to deal with, as in fact were all other members of the team at Henley. Once we had accepted an offer, both Jason and Vanessa worked really hard to progress the sale right through to completion, tackling a number of tricky obstacles on the way. They kept us fully informed every step of the way. We bought a new-build property directly from a builder and they both went the ‘extra mile’ in advising us on aspects of our purchase. We would have no hesitation in using Davis Tate Henley again and highly recommend them to others.
