Historically they have provided great tenant find and management services too. Jo was a star. GoogleJenny did an excellent job in letting my property. Within a couple of days of valuing the property she called to ask if she could show a couple around who she thought would be perfect for it. She was right! They agreed to rent the property for the asking price before it was even marketed. I couldn’t have asked for more than that! I would not hesitate to recommend Jenny and Davis Tate.

GoogleI decided to downsize from a 4 bedroom house in Wargrave to something much smaller in central Henley and having got a buyer for my house thought that I had found a suitable property. However, following a medical issue my requirements had to change to a property without stairs. I needed to make a fast decision, Jo Sutton of Davis Tate was the agent for the Laureate Gardens development and having looked at several different options I decided to buy one of the apartments. Jo and the Davis Tate team were very helpful and responsive to a fast track requirement to exchange contracts and continued to give very good support right up to and beyond completion. GoogleI would highly recommend Jenny King as a letting agent to any landlord. In less than a week of listing our apartment with Davis Tate we handed our new tenant a set of keys. They had provided a solid reference, signed the contract and transferred the funds. Jenny works with urgency, is professional, honest and works hard for both landlords and tenants. GoogleGreat service from all at Davis Tate, our house purchase seemed to take forever to go through but this was no fault of Davis Tate at all. Emma, who initially showed us round the house was always available to answer queries and contact solicitors to get as much information to us as possible.
