Purchased our house through Michael Anthony. The property was on with a number of agents but I’m really pleased we chose Michael Anthony to view it and purchase it through. Niall took us around the property to and answered any queries we had prior to putting in our offer which after a small negotiation was accepted. There was only a small chain however through no fault of Michael Anthony the process dragged on a little longer than we’d hoped for. However we felt that Steve and Niall did everything they could to progress the sale with them chasing solicitors and keeping us in the loop as they promised they would the whole time, . We didn’t sell our property with them so cannot comment in that respect but from what we did experience of Michael Anthony they were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and kept to their promises. Would have no issues in buying a property from them again. Thanks Niall & Steve!

The team at Michael Anthony are super helpful when it comes to buying and selling property. I recently sold my flat with them and felt in very safe hands throughout the process. From the first meeting, I felt like I was a valued customer. It was good to meet the whole team and know that they were all invested in my sale. The photos on the website and brochures were excellent quality, with sound, honest information for the potential buyers. I had lots of viewings and was really impressed with how easy that process was. It was clear when they had found a serious buyer and I felt like I was given sound advice on how to proceed. There was good communication along the way, but nothing too pushy or insincere. It was a genuinely good experience, even though buying and selling can be quite stressful. The recommendations for other services i.e. removals and solicitors were sound too. Many thanks for everything!

Thank you to all of the team including Andy, Adam, Ben & Rachel. We managed to sell our property and place an offer in on our new house listed with another estate agents moving in within 2 months... (we were in a 4 property chain & got the keys shortly before Christmas!) Amazing. We found Rachel knew more than what our solicitors did...they communicated well to us throughout the legal purchase process & worked well with our purchase agents. We want to take the opportunity to feedback on MA preferred solicitors, JS Law, (unfortunately our first time buyers used them) - they were slow and clunky and could have resulted in the house sale dragging on for longer if it wasn't pushed through and chased daily ("paperwork often went missing and the senior solicitor wasn't present to sign it off" was some of the updates from our solicitors). We appreciate MA receive a referral fee from JS Law - perhaps consider another firm for an overall better customer experience throughout? Okay moan over you'd be happy to hear! We wanted to wholeheartedly thank the team for professionally advertising our house, selling it in less than 2 weeks - for the sale price and helping the process along to get the keys for our house before Christmas. Thanks Team & we would highly recommend you all.
