GoogleWe had a positive experience selling our home with Michael Anthony. They were excellent at providing quick feedback after viewings, even on Sundays. We found them to be responsive throughout the process and very approachable. Compared to other agents, we found them to be extremely efficient but not pushy , which was a big positive for us. GoogleOur experience with Michael Anthony at the Hemel Hempstead branch was impecable. We started our search for our first home back in May 2025, we booked a viewing on a property in Apsley with Tom Wilkinson, the viewing went great and he was really knowledgeable about the property, the area and he was really friendly. We put an offer, which was accepted and we were over the moon, unfortunately, the sale fell through. Tom helped us find a new home, he knew exactly what we wanted and was key in us moving in so quickly into a new home. His communication and proactivity was great. If we were to either sell or buy again we are confident that we would choose Michael Anthony again, and would recommend them for anyone thinking about putting their house on the market.

GoogleI am so pleased I chose Michael Anthony to sell my mother's house. From our first meeting, when the valuation was carried out, the agent was sympathetic to my mother's feelings about selling her home. I was impressed by the proactivity of all the staff in arranging viewings, keeping me advised about the viewings and following up with the interested parties. It was a quick sale, thanks to the work put in by the staff. Having used a different estate agent in Hemel Hempstead previously for an earlier house sale, by comparison, I can honestly recommend Michael Anthony for their hard work, commitment and enthusiasm.

GoogleExceptional service from start to finish! Tom managed to find me a place that was perfect for me after finding out what I was after. Tom and the rest of the crew at Michael Anthony made the whole process of buying my property very easy, and were only a phone call away to clear up any queries or uncertainties within the process. They were all really friendly and helpful and went above and beyond! If I sell my place I will definitely be using this Hemel branch again! Thanks again Tom!

GoogleWe had an amazing experience with Tom while looking to buy our first property! My partner and I were open to many options, and Tom pulled out all the stops! He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the properties he showed and very courteous. He’s very personable and took all of the concerns we had was able to show us some beautiful properties. Many times my fiancé and Tom quizzed each other on details about the properties and had a great time! Any questions or concerns we had he would quickly answer and was eager to offer extra help if necessary. This was absolute BEST experience we’ve had with a sales agent and can’t recommend enough!

They contacted a professional builder, roofer and electrician when we needed them and also were on hand to meet them when necessary. Excellent rates and very responsive throughout the process. GooglePurchased a property listed by Michael Anthony. Their recommendation for a conveyancer was poor and I wish I hadn’t used the one they recommended, also in hindsight as a FTB I’d have asked so many more questions about what the seller is leaving and why. Why they are pushing for a very rushed completion.
