GoogleWe use White and Guard's fully managed letting service. We had used a couple of other letting agents prior to switching to White and Guard but White and Guard have been by far the best and we would thoroughly recommend. We have just had a tenant want to move out before the end of their agreed term and they have ensured that our interests have been protected and a new tenancy quickly agreed. Both Jess and Hannah are brilliant, very professional and helpful staff offering very good advice. Reasonable quotes are obtained quickly for any work which needs doing. Quarterly inspections are always carried out with lots of photos so that we can be sure the property is being well looked after. Inventory reports on check in and check out are also very detailed with lots of photos

GoogleTried renting a property with White And Guard and was treated terribly. Wouldn’t listen to either mine or my partners questions, nothing was explained to us in a kind manner and overall unhappy with this company, will not be using again. Refused to give our deposit back and staff were very rude
Hi - thankyou for taking the time to post a review, having looked through our files we cannot find any refence to bobbie jones on our database. However, in reply we only fail to return deposits if the potential tenant applying to let a home through us, FAILS the referencing process and this is out of our control as undertaken by a third party referencing company. Failure of refencing is normally, but not always, associated with mis information or incorrect information being supplied on the actual application. We do always try at this stage to help find a solution, but this is not always possible. Referencing is conducted to ensure our landlords are protected and a procedure every lettings agency conducts as a matter of professional integrity and by law. The potential tenant is informed at the time of paying their deposit of their rights and the circumstances behind a deposit payment not being returned. We wish you well in your search for a property in the future.

GoogleWhat a great service White and Guard has provided. They went the extra mile to ensure the right tenants were found. Kerry was able to communicate to accommodate an overseas time difference. GoogleReally disappointed in White and Guard, I signed up for 6 weeks and viewings were poor. Only three viewings in 6 weeks. I have now changed agent and had more viewings booked in one day than the whole if the 6 weeks with White and Guard. As with all agents, you have to give 30 days notice to get out of the contract, so this was put in early. I just feel that they didn't bother pushing my property after that. I think I was sold by their glossy brochure and talk of an open day, however don't be fooled, people view online these days. I thought the online pictures were OK until I saw what my new estate agent produced.The different is night and day. (They used a fantastic AI camera). Nice people, but sadly they were unable to get people through the door.

GoogleFor the next customers of this agency: be very careful. In case something happens and you need to leave your rent early, they DO EARLY LEAVING FEES WHICH ARE £600!!!! Imagine you need to move out for an emergency and beside new rent and deposit, consider putting 600 pounds in the pockets of this company that can't care less about tenants. Our contract was supposed to end in september 2025, we had to move out in december 2024 and we ended up losing about £700 with this agency. Thanks for nothing!! You caused us the bigges stress of our life!!
