GoogleReally disappointed in White and Guard, I signed up for 6 weeks and viewings were poor. Only three viewings in 6 weeks. I have now changed agent and had more viewings booked in one day than the whole if the 6 weeks with White and Guard.
As with all agents, you have to give 30 days notice to get out of the contract, so this was put in early. I just feel that they didn't bother pushing my property after that.
I think I was sold by their glossy brochure and talk of an open day, however don't be fooled, people view online these days.
I thought the online pictures were OK until I saw what my new estate agent produced.The different is night and day. (They used a fantastic AI camera).
Nice people, but sadly they were unable to get people through the door.

GoogleSimply superb.
Forget all other estate agents, this is the company you need to use. Their staff are fabulous, Suzanne, Russell, George and Lloyd are the individuals I dealt with and they were top draw, couldn’t fault them, they sold our house in a day.
Listen to all their advice, they really do know what they are talking about.
Their glossy brochures put other companies to shame.
On a community note, they do fabulous work with local schools by supporting the events/fundraisers the PTAs organise.

GoogleI was really disappointed by my experience with White & Guard. I contacted their lettings team to organise a viewing for a property and when I explained that I have a service dog for a health condition, the response I received was 'no pets'. When I clarified that legally Service Dogs are not pets, I was told that this wouldn't be accepted by the landlord, with no reasonable reason given other than they didn't want a dog in the property.
Disabled persons have equal access rights for a reason. Please consider this when we reach out to you, there are laws that protect us. Service Dogs are not pets.
