GoogleI have used W&G as my lettings agent for approximately three years now and I cannot fault them for their clarity and courtesy at all times. I have dealt with both Kerry and Jess, both of which are honest, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone who is still deciding which company to let with, to trust W&G as you will find letting an awful lot easier and hassle free under their management.

GoogleTotally underhand, dishonest and lie through their back teeth. I would not trust this company people. They work hard at playing you off to get the price up. Lying about “no more viewings” while the owner considers your offer when really they are having viewings and telling people if they want it they will have to go above the asking price. Absolutely disgusting and underhand behaviour. Would never use them again!

Kerry and Jess organised and conducted an open day for viewings, which resulted in a fully vetted tenant. Ellie handled the paper work quickly. They are always quick to respond. GoogleTried to view a few properties but felt like I was wasting his time as my property isn’t on the market for another 2 weeks.. really wanted to see what is out there for what we are looking for and really unprofessional that he slated other agents… very disappointing
