GoogleWas disappointed with the way the viewing was conducted. My husband and i both felt like we were not being taken seriously and that the homeowner and estate agent were holding out for a specific buyer who had previously shown an interest. Did not bother to call me a few days after the viewing for feedback or if we wanted to make an offer. Unprofessional.
Dear Natalie, I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the viewing, and to see that you have given us a negative review. I’d like to take this opportunity to rectify any misunderstanding. You were contacted on the day of the viewing to advise that the vendor had not received a message from us or an a mail in regards to the viewing because her phone had broken and she had that day put her phone in for repair. A few hours before the viewing we checked with the vendor that she had got our message re the viewing and she was at the cinema with too short notice to get home and tidy the house. After speaking with you and you advised that you didn’t mind how the house was looking as you have two children yourself we managed to persuade the vendor to allow a viewing. During this time you asked what the situation was with the property, and I explained this to you advising that there has been offers but that not any of the persons who had offered were at this time in a position to buy. That evening on the way to the viewing I was stuck in traffic (unexpected roadworks) making me a few minutes late, I advised the vendor of this and she kindly invited you in to wait for me. When I arrived you were sitting in the living room having a chat with the vendor. I took the time to show you around and you were at the property for approximately half an hour, we also spoke again of the other interest that the property has had. Apologies that we didn’t contact you sooner we have been extremely busy following the viewing, however had there been any further movement on the property in Bursledon ie offers, we would have let you know for sure. We knew that you also viewed another property with us that day too. Bethanie has advised that she tried to call you on Saturday and then contacted you on Saturday by e mail asking for feedback on the property you viewed with us in Whitely because we have had offers on that property from people who are in a position to buy and she wanted to give you the chance to offer. Please by all means let us know if you are interested in either of the properties as they are both still available. I look forward to hearing from you Kind regards Marianne Sales Manager
