Myself and my partner would like to say a big thank you to Laura at Leaders Hedge End. We both had Laura jumping through hoops to try and find us the perfect home to let for us and after 6 houses we found the perfect home for us to start our new life in. Coming from a sales background myself, Laura carried out the service perfectly and at no point did we feel as if we was being sold or pressured into anything. Every time we fussed and disliked something Laura found something else to suit us until the perfect property came up. The time and the patience Laura invested into us cannot be praised enough. Everything has been clearly explained and no hidden extras. We viewed other properties with other estate agents inbetween Leaders and none of their service can compare to what we received. Again, thank you so much for everything. We are so excited to me moving into our new home!

I purchased a house through Leaders Estate Agents (Hedge End Branch). The person who was dealing with me was Mr. Alex Tapp. The service he provided me was excellent and I did say to him, if one day I decide to sell my own house, I would certainly use his branch. I visited the house I was buying several times (more than 5 or 6 times) and every time Alex was available and willing. Every time I wanted to visit the house for one reason or another, even though I was ashamed to ask for another visit yet again, Alex treated me as it was like my first visit. As the house I bought was for buy to let, I even decided to let leaders to fully manage it for me. I normally do not give gifts (specially Estate agents and Lawyers) but in the case of Alex I even bought him a bottle of Jin.

It is a terrible experience with Leaders property management team as you always can find no one to answer your call, reply your emails and handle your enquiries. Oh, bear in mind that they always away from the office, so it is difficult to speak to team. As a tenant, I strongly NOT RECOMMEND Leaders.

Leaders is not helping the tenant when there is issue going on. They just put the tenant aside and currently my daughter and I will have no space to stay tomorrow. I sent email to property management team but no one will reply you until you keep calling them or emailing them.
