GoogleI recently secured a rental property through Leader's Estate Agents, based in Hedge End. I read many of the posted reviews, prior to contacting the estate agent, and my experience mirrors the positive evaluations found online. The staff place the customer at the heart of their decision making and provide a service which is second to none. Although every member of staff was exceptionally helpful, I have to mention the extremely efficient and fabulous Amy. A big thank you to the whole team.

GoogleDavid and his team always keep us informed about our property and deal promptly with any issues. They always check for our authorisation before any necessary work is undertaken. This is especially reassuring as we live overseas. They are also very selective in securing the right tenants with proper reference checking. Would recommend this letting agents to others.

GoogleBad service, was dealing with 3 different staff and none of the 3 were there to hand the keys and on collection keys day were still doing checks in property, very bad service

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic! Couldn't be happier. We saw Amy from the Hedge End branch. Right from the start to the end we were really pleased with the way we were dealt with. I changed my appointment time at the last moment and Amy was very accommodating. Her attitude towards us was so welcoming, she answered all our questions and just gave off an extremely positive vibe. We viewed a few properties that day but Amy played a big part in us choosing to go with the one we viewed with her. I won't mention the name of the other estate agents who we viewed a property with because although we liked the property, the agent let themselves down. I would highly recommend Leaders to anyone looking to rent or buy as the process has been pretty straightforward and everyone i spoke to at Leaders has been extremely helpful.

GoogleOur experience with Leaders Hedge End was fantastic. Everything was dealt with so quickly regarding the paperwork and our move. It was also all online which was so much easier and frankly better for the environment than the copious paperwork you usually have to deal with. Our estate agent that helped with the viewing and everything else was Oliver and he was very helpful in every aspect. Replying to all my queries via email or telephone quickly and efficiently. He even took the time out of his day twice to let us visit the property again just to get measurements. A very big thank you to Oliver for all his efforts and help. Would definitely recommend leaders estate agents as one of the best around, simply for their expertise and the great benefits they offer!

GoogleVery helpful agent. Mr Sibley was very proactive in helping me find the right place. The peculiar tenants insurance clause needs reviewing as the way it was worded made it impossible to find a policy in the open market leaving me with no choice but to use a company suggested by Leaders.

GoogleWe’ve been with Leaders a long time as tenants. I wouldn’t rate them highly for customer service at all. Having moved out, I have sent two emails (almost a month ago) which are still unanswered, every time I’ve tried to phone to get an answer no one ever picks up! Speaking from a tenant perspective - I would not recommend Leaders in the slightest.
