GoogleI have been renting through Leaders for nearly three years, and I must admit that up until recently, my experience as a tenant had been somewhat disappointing. However, ever since Lauren Whitehead became involved, the situation has taken a turn for the better. Lauren’s professionalism, patience, and unwavering support have significantly improved the overall experience. Renting can often be stressful, and we’ve encountered several delays throughout the process, but Lauren consistently handled everything with grace and efficiency. Her proactive communication and dedication to resolving issues have been a breath of fresh air. I am genuinely grateful for the opportunity to work with Lauren, and I look forward to many more months of renting under her capable guidance. Her efforts have not only restored my confidence in Leaders but also made the entire process much smoother and more pleasant.

GoogleOn the death of my parents I instructed Oliver Maynard at Leaders to deal with the sale of their rental property. The sale was not straightforward as there were tenants in the property and there were delays in probate being granted. Oliver was at all times friendly, helpful, professional and very understanding of the difficult circumstances of the sale for me. In my opinion he went above and beyond in liaising with all parties, ensuring that the sale went ahead as smoothly as possible and with the least amount of stress to myself. I would not hesitate to recommend him

GoogleWe instructed Leaders to deal with the Sale of my late mother’s house. Oliver Maynard was absolutely fantastic. The sale was not easy and went on for several months, but Oliver kept us informed the whole way, and kept me sane too. Not selling a house for over 26 years ourselves we were totally out the loop of the property market. Oliver was always on hand to ask questions and guide us through the process. He was brilliant, pushing through loads of issues and liaising with all parties in such a brilliant manner. We are so pleased we instructed Leaders. I would not hesitate to recommend them, especially Oliver who I can not speak of highly enough, to the point if we ever finally decided to move we would 100% ask Oliver to sell our property for us.

GoogleI would like to thank Ben from the Hedge End branch for all of his help one Friday evening. The estate agents that were selling the property I was buying (Richmonds next door) had closed earlier than advertised (17:20 instead of 18:00) and I rushed there to get my keys when I got the call to say the sale had completed. Richmonds were completely shut and I was extremely stressed out after an awful day and Richmonds acting very rudely towards me. Ben was extremely helpful when I spoke to him to ask if he knew whether Richmonds were definitely shut; he tried phoning lots of people and finally managed to get through to someone who worked there who came back and finally gave me my keys. Ben was under no obligation to help me but seriously saved me from having a full blown meltdown and was so kind by staying late to help me get the issue resolved. I cannot thank him enough and wanted you to know how great he was! I would definitely use Leaders if I was selling a property as you clearly have staff who genuinely care - even for those who aren't their customers. Please feel free to share this feedback with Ben and if you have any type of reward scheme then I would ask that he is nominated for it! Many thanks for saving a damsel in distress! Vikki x
