Thank you, Leaders, for helping us find our new home. Anna was brilliant, listened to what we were looking for and worked with the landlord to help us secure a property that would take our family and our pets too. Having been turned down by so many others it was a real beath of fresh air to be able to explain to someone the trouble we were having and for them to actually listen to us. Anna explained our situation to the Landlord, who on this occasion, having never allowed pets before, changed his mind and let us all move in.

Was very rude when I enquired about this over the phone, saying we were never told that. Getting information about the property from them was impossible. Many questions went unanswered. Beware of Unfair Charges! We had a highly disappointing experience with this letting agency, described earlier by my husband. In the end, they also attempted to claim over £1,000 in unfair tenancy charges when we moved out. The charges claimed were either completely unjustified or included exorbitant fees for minor issues. Fortunately, we raised a dispute through the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, and after careful consideration, the agency was only awarded £140. This outcome clearly demonstrates that their initial claims were outrageous and an attempt to unfairly withhold a significant portion of our deposit. I strongly advise anyone dealing with this deceitful agency to be vigilant and prepared to challenge any unreasonable charges. Always photograph and document the condition of the property thoroughly and be ready to dispute any unfounded claims through the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
