GoogleI initially had trouble selling my home with a previous estate agent in the area. I decided to give Leaders a go because I really liked Alex when I met him. The fact that they specialised in renting was the only reason I chose the other agents in the first place. In hindsight Leaders were by far the better agent for selling my home. They sold it quick, they were always trying and working towards the sale unlike the other estate agents who gave up after two weeks. I was very happy with the service I received as even after it was sold Alex pushed the sale through when it was taking a bit of time-like these things do. Thanks

GoogleI put my property on the market with Leaders as they had managed it as a rental for many years and I had always been happy with the service. I wouldn't hesitate to recomend Leaders, the level of service is outstanding from offer to completion. Alex Tapp arranged the sale and found a buyer within 48 hours. The sales progression Team are second to none, kept me in the loop far more than my legal team. Stephanie Reeks and Becky within that team were fabulous. Thank you Leaders, great service.

GoogleVery impressive service from this local branch. I bought a flat as a Buy To Let through them. I received an outstanding service from Alex and his support staff. They kept me posted at all stages of the process. When we had a completion date set, I asked Laura the lettings manager to set the ball rolling and within 4 weeks of completion, I had tenants moving in! She couldn't have been more helpful, with lots of advice on the finish and expected standard of the flat for tenants. I cannot recommend these hardworking folks highly enough, and will be very happy to use their services again.

GoogleDelighted with the service l received in the sale of my late father's house. The sales team, lead by Marianne, worked well together. Didn't matter who you spoke to, everyone knew what was going on and kept me informed at all stages. They promised much, but delivered even more. You get good sound advice and the brochure produced was very impressive, with excellent photographs and a nice layout. I have no hesitation in recommending Leaders in Hedge End.

GoogleAfter years of great service I was let down by poor customer and total and complete incompetence with the drafting of a new tenant lease. This has left me out of pocket and very very unhappy. Won't be using them again.
