GoogleLouise and Tom handled my recent move brilliantly. From the viewing to move in day, communication has been professional and consistent. Can’t fault either of them. Thank you both!!

TrustpilotBest in the region.
I have used seven or eight estate agents in the area and I have to commend Peter Gregg and Amanda Titterton at the Chapel-en-le-Frith office as the best in the region. Pete and Amanda dealt with my sale with efficiency, politeness, discretion and friendliness in the face of some considerable difficulties. I cannot recommend them more highly.

TrustpilotVery disorganised
Wished to make a cash offer on a property, was told viewings were fully booked and was not even offered to have a video viewing of it. If I were the seller I'd be appalled that potential buyers and potential achievement of a higher price were sent away.

TrustpilotAvoid!
Advertised a flat to rent with the wrong information on it and put it down to a 'clerical error', meaning we had to find alternative accommodation at very short notice. Avoid

GoogleLouise and the lettings team have been fantastic sorting out our new flat. We were faced with an unexpected move and she found us the perfect place with another great landlord in a very short space of time. Many thanks to Gascoigne Halman!!

GoogleVery bad experience on leaving the home let by Gascoigne Halman Heaton Moor branch. Handovered everything perfectly and before time, still they deducted from our security deposit just for sake of deduction. Letting manager behavior through out this process was quite rude.

TrustpilotProfessional and friendly
I have dealt with Gascoigne Halman for a few house sales/purchases and I always find them professional and friendly to deal with. They are happy to help provide advice when requested, and have always managed to find a sale for me at the price I wanted.

GoogleDon't bother cleaning your house. You will not get back your deposit anyway. Stayed for 3 years, left the house clean and tidy. Wear and tear became a reason to turn down our deposit claim. Unique estate agency.
