GoogleWe were with whitegates for a couple of years and i must say communication from the team was always quick and with the information needed. Any queries were dealt with quickly and you would be kept up to date, we unfortunately had to move from the area and also white gates and the company we are with now i must say don't rate anywhere near 5 stars like these guys do. GoogleThe letting office in Heanor are absolutely superb. Lisa runs a brilliant team. From start to finish concerning a property to rent for my daughter and her children it all went very smoothly, which is a credit to the teams professionalism. I must mention Lisa who showed me and my daughter around the property to rent, she was excellent and came across as very professional in what she does. The team are friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. All in all a very well run office and my daughter and I will definitely use their services again in the future.

GoogleBrilliant service from start to finish of selling our property. The photos taken were off an amazing standard, we had viewings booked in immediately after our property went live! Excellent time arrangement of the viewings, the team at Whitegates were understanding about our working hours and booked viewings which suited us. Communication was also excellent and we were kept up to date throughout. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI enquired about a house and was advised the landlord is looking for a couple. The rent was not particulary high so I didn't really understand this and feel unfairy discriminated against if I can afford the rent there shouldn't be an issue. I also mentioned that I was worried about losing my holding deposit if my credit check failed. I don't have any CCJ's but was concerned about losing my £100.00 the lady I spoke to kept huffing and puffing over the phone and I found her quite patronising and unhelpful. I mentioned I didn't have a guarantor and she just basically said I would need one. I found her discriminatory, rude and unhelpful and I will not use in the future.
