What you expect from an estate agent

I've dealt with many estate agents however Whitegates heanor easily tops the lot. The ladies at the heanor branch are superb to deal with as a landlord and property developer when buying and selling. As a buyer and seller, they make the process easy with great communication until exchange and as a landlord, the office fulfil what a landlord expects; Looking after your properties, making sure they are available to help the tenants when needed - which is key to keep the tenants happy and income coming smoothly, as well as give competitive rates.

This is the 2nd house I've sold with Whitegates, and the service has been top class as always. Abbie who came to take the photo's of the house, list the property and arrange viewings is such a lovely young lady. She made me feel like she was excited to sell my home from the moment she stood in the door. Louise and Sally in the office were a delight also, welcoming, professional and promt. Whitegates were very understanding and helpful in sending us all we needed to complete applications and now we get our keys in just under 2 weeks!! and we can't wait to start fresh in our new home. I've been through 2 Estate agents In the past and white gates have been for the best at keeping us up to date with everything. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. Recommended highly!!

When I was thinking about buying a small property to let I had no idea how to go about it so I asked a friend that I knew had a couple of properties that she let. She told me she used Lisa at Whitegates, saying that she took care of everything and was more than happy with the service. I contacted Lisa found her to be very friendly and helpful - she even met up with us on site when considering a purchase. She was able to offer lots of useful advice and suggestions and confirmed that she could deal with everything and I wouldn't have any worries. I'm looking forward to working with Lisa over the coming years.

The team at Whitegates Heanor are genuinely exceptional. Estate agents often get a bad press so it's really nice to be able to effuse genuinely about these guys. Sally and Louise should be delivering training in customer service because they're both brilliant. They're patient, and listen, and were both really personable, which is worth such a lot in what can be a very fraught process when buying/selling your house. But just being lovely people isn't the end of it. They're both seriously dedicated and never failed to to go chasing people in our long chain. Quite frankly they were way better than my solicitors at chasing answers and communicating with everyone in the chain. I cannot fault them at all and would like to thank them for really always being on hand when needed. If you're trying to decide between agents in this area, and if you're looking for people who will work tirelessly to get things moving, go with Whitegates. If you get half the good service I got, you'll be very pleased. Thank you Whitegates. JT
