Danielle showed a welcome sense of urgency in arranging our visit the same day it was suggested by Mr. McNamara. When we met at her office at Hall and Benson Heanor, Miss Stapleton proved herself welcoming and personable, friendly, expert in the field of home financing, and open with respect to avenues of financing other than Hall and Benson. My wife and I have just relocated here from America and Miss Stapleton was able to provide us a very good understanding of the options available to us. I've given her 5 stars but would give more if they were available! Rock Star! I strongly recommend you give her a call if you are in need of a home mortgage. Your time will be well spent.

From the very first phone call to arrange a meeting to apply for mortgage in principle Kimberley has been VERY supportive and professional. Kimberley has always made herself available, has been flexible, supported me through the whole process of looking for a property, applying for a mortgage, all the paperwork, getting quotes for all the necessary insurance etc-and all with a smile on her face.
