GoogleWe have only just moved in to our new property with Scott Fraser but so far so good! They have made the transition from one property to another very smooth and I am particularly impressed with the response speed of emails. During working hours, I have received replies within minutes!! Rebecca Shaw has also been very helpful with handling everything so far. 5 stars so far

Unlike other property agents, Rebecca Shaw has always been extremely helpful and kind, and she always shows her willingness to solve any issues and problems arising. GoogleScott Fraser are excellent property managers and we can trust them with our properties and looking out for our best interests - which is important when we live overseas. However it is also important that tenants interests are looked after too - we can't fix what we don't know about - and Scott Fraser are equally efficient at making sure tenants are happy in their homes.

GoogleWe were very impressed by the professional and timely manner in which our property manager (Rosa Diliberto) responded to our queries. Scott Fraser's online systems for reporting maintenance issues and managing other aspects of the tenancy has made everything smooth for us, even during times when most offices were closed.
