GoogleI have always put my utmost trust in Scott Fraser and I really appreciate their kind help and support. Liam has helped me renew my tenancy contract in a very efficient and reliable way and Susanne gives me some useful advice for the maintenance after every routine visit. I would definitely recommend them and hope they will keep their outstanding work!

GoogleI've been with Scott Fraser for two years and have always found the quick to respond and helpful. Joanna Channon has been particularly helpful. I reported a toilet problem at 8pm one evening, Jo replied by 9am the next morning and the plumber was here by noon.

GoogleWe have rented a property with the help of this business. From not having a working shower for the first December in that property(for about 3 weeks), with a one year old, and when I've mentioned that we need some cot outs from the rent, because no matter how understandable one can be, this is not acceptable. To fast forward know, moving out, speaking almost every time with a different person. Emailing them the proof of booking a cleaning company for the property upon our move out. To them giving us the report of the property one month after we finished our contract, and two weeks after the new tenants moved in. Nobody in this time contacted us to tell us that it seems the cleaning was not done by an approved cleaning company that they work with, and nobody contacted us after the review check was done to tell us the cleaning was not done properly. We had moved out 3 weeks before our tenancy finished. An that leads us to this moment in time, when I am waiting for our deposit back, agreeing to pay extra for the extra cleaning that was made, yet nobody showed me any proof of this alleged payed cleaning. A month a week since the tenancy finished and still no deposit back. When I've contacted them to coaming about all of this, I was told that de shower ''thing'' is our fault for not complaining officially about it, and the rest is our fault, and if we are not happy we can write a complaint to the complaint office, but nothing will come out of it basically. This from a company with a name in UK. More then disappointed. Hopefully by the 2 month point from finishing out tenancy, we will manage to get the deposit back. Hope we will not need to keep on calling, begging for our money back, even do on the website for the deposit check it shows that we are pending o get it. We loved living there, and we cared for that house. During this pandemic when everyone has applied for help and relief from their tenancy, we never did, even when our neighbours got a month off from paying theirs, from this same company. Yet we did get a text from the landlord asking if we still had jobs, so we can afford the tenancy...that was a deeply offensive moment. Should we think that because our neighbours are English, and we are not, we are treated different?

GoogleWe've had a great experience renting with Scott Fraser! The staff are super helpful and friendly - and I was very grateful for their help when I locked myself out of our flat. Even though it was out of office hours, Luke from head office very kindly drove over with the keys to let me back in.

GoogleWe lived in a Scott Fraser property for two and a half years and moved out in June. I can't speak highly enough of Gareth Thomas who was our property manager, always helpful and quick to address issues and often went above and beyond what could be expected. Very fair in all decisions which can be a rare trait in letting agents!

GoogleMy partner and I rented a property through ScottFraser. The renting process was clear and efficient throughout. The property was also managed by ScottFraser and over the year and a half we were there all issues were responded to and/or resolved quickly. The check-out after our tenancy ended was well done and managed neatly through an online portal. All actions were clearly communicated and ScottFraser were very fair with changes to the deposit. I'd really recommend renting through this agency.

GoogleI just came back to our property, and after discovering that my concern was not sorted out yet, I sent a message to Isaiah who works in the head office. My concern was addressed via e-mail, and the next thing I know, the clog in my shower has been fixed on the afternoon on that same day I sent the e-mail. Efficient!

GoogleHaving an allocated account manager - Jo C - in the Scott Fraser office, has given them a real personal touch and far more "in touch" with me than previous years. Having someone (Jo) to just call / email and ask a quick question / query and she responds so quickly. It has made this years rental hassle free and smooth, managing quite a lot of work / cost on the property this year, Jo has been very good at managing cost vs expectation.

Finally we were blessed to deal with Scott Fraser. Both myself and my wife found the company to be very friendly, listening to our requirements, understanding our needs, were transparent and then helped us to find the right place for us.
