Allen Associates has worked closely with Scottfraser since May 2013, providing candidates for a range of roles within the business. Nicola Horner and her team have delivered on their promise of a personal, highly professional service with good quality marketing and sales support. We live in Five Mile Drive and interviewed a few local agents and I felt that Nicola showed the most empathy and recognised the amount of love and care that we had invested into our house over the years. This was interpreted in the marketing and Karen ensured she was thoroughly briefed in order to advise potential buyers on what our house could offer as she showed them around. We were involved in a huge chain and Nicola helped us to keep calm and have faith that everything would move forward smoothly. Nicola also recommended a great solicitor which helped enormously. My company is DMS Property Maintenance and I have worked for Scott Fraser for over 10 years. I mainly deal with their property management centre where they manage all Oxfordshire properties. As well as small maintenance works we also successfully complete larger refurbishment works such as replacing kitchens and bathrooms etc. Scott Fraser project management is highly organised to allow for all trades in the correct order of works. Scott Fraser have been the most fantastic letting agents - providing the best service from our first contact through to ongoing maintenance. We initially contacted the Headington lettings branch, as complete novices to the rental market. We met with Katie Finch, who was able to give us brilliant advice regarding our property search. Katie understood our needs and helped us find a perfect property, during the Covid-19 circumstances. From viewing the property to having the keys, was an incredibly fast process and we felt supported throughout, thanks to Kierra Lamburn. The move was super easy and we were so impressed with the cleanliness and overall presentation of the property. We have since been liaising with Luke Souch within the property management team. Luke has been fantastic, providing ongoing support as we settle into our new home. Any slight maintenance issues have been resolved within a few days - with no hassle caused. Today, during a very cold and snowy day, as we were arriving home, my toddler run out to play in the snow and as I turned back to reach her, the front door of our building closed behind us, leaving us locked out. We went to the Scott Fraser office to request assistance to open the front door. Paige called the head office and Luke has promptly attended to the property.
