Without doubt the best Estate Agent I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Matthew Heavans is very helpful and professional individual who really does care about his clients. He is highly responsive and always delivers what he says he will. I have no hesitation in recommending Matthew and Brecon and Brecon. I am considering purchasing another property and will definitely be using Brecon and Brecon in Headington.

I rate the service we received as excellent, for the following reasons: The staff were very approachable, efficient and supportive, and we were kept fully up to date on all the developments during the sale of the property. We, two professionals, were looking to rent a shared flat when moving to work to Oxford. I lived in France and my flat mate in Finland at the moment. The viewing was nicely organized through emails and when my flatmate moved here 2 weeks before me she saw the place and decided it's what we want. When I moved here two weeks later I could move almost (only 2 nights somewhere else) straight away to our new apartment and there was no difficulties even we were not British. They helped us with everything that was new to us in the renting scheme in UK.

Found my experience of both buying and selling my house with Breckon last year very positive. When there was an issue I felt that it was dealt with immediately and when things needed to be organised, chased, etc it was always done when they said it would be. In an industry where quite a number of people can seem dishonest, the staff at Breckon portray the opposite and do it very well. Spending hundreds of thousands of pounds is stressful enough as it is so having someone you feel is actually working with you and wanting the best for you I found very reassuring. I'd happily recommend the team in Headington to anyone else looking to buy or sell in the area.
