Not much in it for them as a small value property and whenever I felt disheartened, they continued to persevere and got a load of viewings through the door and now sold it. Great communication, service second to none and just put my mind at rest. No matter how often I nagged them or got in touch, they were always polite and friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Saqib who was the main man behind all of this and his amazing team. Wouldn't use another agency and couldn't sing higher praises of them.
