GoogleHad pleasure of dealing with the Andrews team but in particular Ian and Saqib who were both fantastic. From the initial instruction through to completion we found Andrews to be polite, helpful and happy to answer any questions we had. Their prices were very reasonable and the coverage we had was good. Would recommend without hesitation.

GoogleWe have been letting a property through Andrews for the last 7 years and have been particularly impressed with our current Property Manager, Liz, who has been looking after the property since March this year (2022). She is really thorough, treats the property as if it were her own and it shows. Knowing that you have someone as dedicated and professional as Liz looking after your property really helps reduce the stress of being a landlord. GoogleIn a market where the house prices are inconsistent and the demand is high, we tend not to get the best results as we wish for. Not in my case! Along side with Mrs.Lina and Mrs. Joanne, two of most professionals Andrew's sales agents, manage to get IN THE SAME DAY the property we were looking for. This is achievable due to best performances and amazing open communication within the Andrew's staff and therefore, I will like to thank them in this way, by leaving a remarkable review. If All the sales agents would be like this, The process of solding or renting properties would never look that hard. Thank you.

Google5 stars are not Enough for such quality of service from Andrews team ( Joanne & anum and the rest of the team)..they are very polite and helpful with big smile 🤗...as myself I have been living in oxford for nearly 30 years, I have changed many properties from different agencies. but Andrew property is top of the list. excellent customer service. GoogleAt the end of my tenancy I accidentally returned my keys with some personal keychains attached (of sentimental value). It was impossible to contact them via the phone number on Google as it went to voicemail even during normal business hours - and several other phone numbers from their emails/correspondence yielded the same result. I made several phone calls across multiple days and left 3 different voicemail messages, all of which were not replied to. I finally managed to speak to a senior employee as part of the end of tenancy team and arranged a time to come to collect my keychains and an Andrews employee failed to turn up despite me being promised that someone would do so. Never mind that, no one even turned up all day at the branch during stated COVID business hours. I made another appointment the next week but then was called that morning that my keychains were nowhere to be found and I was to assume the inventory clerk had discarded them. If I had been a potential new tenant, I'm not sure I would even have been able to contact anyone at Andrews to even register an interest for their properties or to arrange a viewing. I would advise avoiding Andrews Headington - unless you enjoy being ignored.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
