GoogleAs a landlord I have used Andrews to manage my property for 17 years. I would highly recommend them. The staff are efficient, thorough, professional and personable. Liz, as my property manager, always goes the extra mile for me, for which I am incredible grateful. I'd genuinely be lost without the team. They take all the stress out of lettings.

GoogleInefficient, irresponsible unprofessional, and misleading staff, particularly the letting negotiator. I feel cheated the way the letting negotiator handled my application. He was aware of requirements and my interests in the property I viewed recently. He even assured me that he is sure of making this. However, he was not prompt enough and least bothered to make the deal. Simply wasted my time and effort on viewing several properties from Andrews. Andrews's sole aim is to make money and more money. Very disappointed by the services I received from Andrews team.

GoogleFive stars for Ian and Saqib at Andrews in Headington. They were supportive and responsive from the outset, when Ian came to tell us about Andrews' services when we were thinking of selling our home, through to a post-completion phone call. In between, they were always swift to respond to any questions we had and kept both us and the buyers informed along the way. The electronic system used worked well for the booking of viewings and for receiving feedback about the house, but we also appreciated the added personal touch of the communications directly with Saqib and Ian, keeping us up to date. The fact that our home sold quickly helps to foster this rather rosy view, I'm sure, but it was certainly not the only factor leading me to leave a 5 star review.

GoogleThe team at Andrews Headington did a a fantastic job marketing my property and got a great price for it. They were happy to work at my pace as I needed more time to look for an onward property in Cornwall. They kept me in the loop at all times and helped nudge the property to completion at the end of the sale. Thanks!

GoogleAs first time buyers, we didn't really know what to expect or what we were doing! Ian at Andrews made things easy for us and kept us in the loop throughout the process of buying our first home. One of those big life events (that everyone says is one of the most stressful things you can do!) turned out to be quick, straight forward and not very stressful at all. Thanks for all of your help!

GoogleTerrible Customer Service, would never list my property to let with them. I left a number to call for properties to rent a month ago they never call back, I emailed via zoopla, zoopla responded I never hear from them. I called numerous times most did not eve get through. I am having to chase them to make their money, I would not be happy if I was the landlord.

GoogleRenting my first house made me really anxious. However, Anum Malik of Andrews Headington helped us so much with everything that it all ran smoothly in the end. It was just a great feeling to have an individual agent who took care of everything quickly, answered all questions immediately and took our concerns seriously.

GoogleWorst agency I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re a prospective tenant, stay away. They are: - very inefficient when dealing with any issue - thieves and liars. They will do everything they can to steal money from your deposit at the end of your tenancy - simply incompetent

GoogleWe contacted Andrews Headington about a maintenance issue, and Isabel MacCarthy was quick to reply, contact the landlord and get us in touch with the appropriate contractor in an efficient and friendly manner. Everything from reporting the issue to agreeing a visit time with the contractor got sorted out effortlessly with a couple of short emails.

GoogleThe worst agent I ever met. They never answer phone calls or emails. They say they contacted the landlord and landlord refused to pay the repair while we figured out that no one actually contacted landlord. Absolutely disgusting. Stay away from this agent.

GoogleAs buyers, we had a very nice experience working with Andrews, Headington. Saqib had presented very professional, efficient and helpful performance from Step one. He is absolutely brilliant and get us whatever information we had required, which had smoothed our buying process and made this happen quickly. It was a pleasure to work with them. Highly recommended!
