My husband and I put our two bedroom flat in Headington up for sale with Andrews. Our real estate agent was terrible - promising updates after viewings that we never received, forgetting details about the property such as leasehold vs freehold, monthly maintenance costs etc that we had provided her with. The agent was unable to remember who had put in offers and didn't follow up with any of them. The property was on the market for 11 months and no matter the feedback we provided, there was no improvement. Given the lack of clear communication for us, I don't doubt that the viewings were conducted in an unprofessional and highly confusing manner. Please steer clear, and you may have to pay more in fees, and pick a real estate agency that actually cares about you.
