Disappointed with Vik, he makes promises to get you to sign the lease agreement, then it's excuses as to why nothing has progressed further. Thank goodness for 6 month break clause, if no progress by then I'm gone from the rental and Shaw & Co.

From start to finish I received regular updates and assurance dealing with Vik Sharma And his professionalism was of a high grade and very adaptive to last min changes/solutions. Once I handed over the keys they did all the hard work for me and guided me throughout all the process whilst for-filling the forecasted prices they estimated. I have to move into new house after my wedding , i was looking for flat , i had no luck , then my friend gave me Vik’s number , i have explained him that i need to move in asap as i have my wedding in a week , I don’t have place to live,Vik showed me the property it was good nicely build , i liked it , then he ready everything in 2 days and on 3rd day i was in my new house , very great service given by Vik , i have recommended him to my couple of friends aswell . What a great estate agent ! I have owned a couple of properties over the years and Shaw & Co have been the best. From day one I was told about what actions they were taking to market the property and any interested parties. This particular sale wasn't conventional but their expertise ensured the sale went through. The customer service was exceptional.A personal service you don't get at the so called big estate agents.
