Vic Sharma from Shaws gave a excellent service when selling a relatives home. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble when ever we spoke, any messages left were dealt with immediately. Vic dealt with every step of the selling process. Highly recommend Vic and a great credit to Shaws estate agency. S Walters

YellDisappointed isn't descriptive enough
We rented a property from Shaw & Co Hayes.We were promised the ideal service that would be hassle free. That was not the case, from the minute we moved in they were inefficient with legal paperwork, full of broken promises and poor at responding to message and attending appointments. When our year was up in March we are still awaiting our deposit back! They blame all previous employees and refuse to accept they are at any fault to blame for an appalling year of stress and inconvenience. Words can not express how much I would not recommend their company! They do not abide by their side of a legal contract but are quick at preaching ours. NEVER AGAIN ... Just stop passing the buck and deal effectively with clients after all they keep your business going and pay your wages... Would NOT recommend and if we could afford to take them to court we would have done so.Mr & Mrs Dhaliwal, HayesHad to put one star to place review but would make it a negative amount if we could

GoogleThe complete experience has been beyond expectations. The customer service is top notch and all the staff, Vik, Renu and everyone have been extremely caring, courteous and understanding. No stress, no hassle! I would recommend 150%. Thank you everyone.

GoogleWe used Shaw & Co Ltd for buying a new house. The agency sent Jay for us to view the property. We went ahead to buy the property in which Jay was very helpful. He dealt with us professionally and kept the process on target at all times. He kept us uptodate with the ongoing purchase. We would definitely recommend Shaw & Co Ltd and specially Jay Lota. GoogleAVOID THIS AGENCY This is the worst agency I have ever seen. We wanted to rent a flat with a newborn baby. We provided everything what they requested. They just took the money, never provided anything, because, they said Shaw & Co could not have contact with the landlord. I chased my money more than 60 days to get it back. Totally unreliable company. Amit Thaper Senior Account Manager was dealing with this propety.

Explained everything, showed the available properties with good location. At the check in all paperwork ready, explained again.
