GoogleA huge thank you to Vik Sharma at Shaw & Co Hayes Branch for the outstanding work and perseverance in selling my late Mothers property. He has been an outstanding agent having overcome many obstacles to get the sale across the line after previous buyers withdrawing. He's always been helpful polite professional and overtime has become a friend who can be relied on to achieve the final goal. Vik from Shaw & Co. was very polite and helpful during the selling process, he kept in regular contact on how the processs was progressing and the offers that were being made. Vik made sure we were happy at all times and handled the difficulties and set backs really well reassuring us that everything would be okay. Which turned out to be the case. Thank you. J

We take all our rental agreements seriously and if issues such as overcrowding are raised to our attention we ensure that this is investigated and necessary action taken. Prior to any rental move in the tenants are met and the legal checks are carried out. We take all complaints seriously.

I have recommended them to a number a people and would go back if needed. Never had a problem with any tenants they placed as they always did their due diligence. Jay was very enthusiastic and proactive. He kept me well informed of progress and if unavailable when I called him, he invariably returned my calls very promptly. The most impressive aspect was that he secured a buyer within 3 weeks of the property going on sale. Shaw & Co. also seemed very diligent to ensure that the buyers credentials were in order, and the sale progressed very smoothly to conclusion - all sorted within 4 months. The reason I feel I am unable to award 5 stars is that I had some issues with Shaw & Co.'s recommended Solicitor. These were 2 numerical mistakes in the documentation including an incorrect sale price in the final contract! In addition there was a numerical error in one document sent to me by Shaw & Co. Although this is a little harsh, as otherwise the customer service standards were excellent, I do feel that numerical accuracy is of paramount importance, and recommend that documentation is more thoroughly checked in the future.

Where do I begin to start this review, we rented a property from them. We wish we never did… Rental agreement was pushed through very quickly, on day of signing the incorrect contract had been printed and needed to be rectified 3 times in a 10 minute meeting- this is where alarms were raised. We asked regarding issues raised at viewing, ie we were told by Vik the Shed was going to be replaced- still hasn’t almost a year later. We were advised at viewing that any concerns we deal with the agency directly, and given an email address which we followed however when an issue arose were met with hostility and aggressiveness from Renu.

GoogleVery poor and fake customer service. Arranged viewing to see flat at 6.45pm but i had a problem at work so called at 5pm to inform that i could be bit late or to re arrange viewing but agent called Jay was extremely rude .. very disgusting attitude by Shaw & co. I called them in courtesy but in fact i do not have to turn up if i can't. So keep your rude attitude to yourself guys there are millions of other agents.

I relocated from Manchester and had a few issues with certain agents. but came across a chap called Vik from Shaw & Co. He helped me find a 1 bed property near Heathrow Airport. Recommend Vik all day long as he really gets to know what you are looking for and want, he works quick & was the best agent I dealt with in Hillingdon (not that I tried them all lol). Professional at all times would recommend this Agent & ask for Vik
