GoogleKFH rightly have a strong presence in Hayes , a very helpful team , especially Matthew who was always on the case keeping me informed . An additional positive was the intro to a quality conveyancing Lawyer who was equally on the case . If selling a property can ever be a good experience , this was a close as you can get ..... GoogleMatthew Hewitt has been very helpful and patient during our rather lengthy and troublesome sale. He helped with every aspect of the process and even got involved on the legal side. Very helpful to all the solicitors and we would highly recommend him. Also the rest of the staff were very patient with me and the amount of phone calls I had to make.

Googlethese guys have both great local knowledge and expertiese when it comes to the process end to end. we had a very complex chain and they stayed on top of all comms and managed other agents who were not as on the ball to speed the process up. They truly work for their fee!

The manager Charlene and Lisa kept me updated on a regular basis with a very professional attitude throughout the transaction, which was a very smooth process as buying a new property is stressful enough. Sophie was always on hand to help with queries with our sale, and when the legal process was on going, she was available to help make sure we hit the tight timeframe that we wanted to hit. GoogleI can not recommend Kfh highly enough. I have used them twice in three years and experienced the same very high standards of professionalism both times. I could mention individuals but in all honesty the whole team at Hayes are a joy to work with and they made selling my house as easy as possible during the potentially difficult post Brexit period. I have had dealings with most of the estate agents in the area and I can honestly say that none of them really comes close to the level of service you get at Kfh. We are serial house buyers/sellers and we'll definitely be using Kfh again!

GoogleDuring the course of our purchase with KFH Hayes I dealt with Charlotte, Andrew, Susan & Lisa. This was a delayed purchase due to many problems associated with our sale. The team at KFH Hayes were consistently professional, knowledgeable and when staff absences occurred there proved to be effective handovers taking place. The team demonstrated a commitment to high standards and when greater experience was needed, there was no fobbing off, simply honest feedback and teamwork.

They were constantly in contact to keep me informed of progress and to pass any requests on to their client. Sophie and Daniel were the two agents handling the sale and although this was a difficult time during the pandemic, they managed to keep everything moving along to the eventual completion.
