GoogleWe have purchased through KFH recently and can honestly not recommend Lisa at KFH highly enough. We had a some what long and difficult chain but Lisa was fabulous at keeping momentum going and finally got us over the line when it counted! We would definitely sell through them next time!

GoogleThe KFH team were incredible and made selling our house stress free - Matthew in particular was excellent! He was professional throughout the entire process, he really listened and provided advice and support when we needed it! The real unique difference to other agents is he went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and quickly. GoogleKFH Hayes have been wonderful in helping us. Lisa in particular was hugely supportive and understood our needs and non-negotiables for our next home. Once a property was found Lisa helped drive the purchase process through to a speedy completion in just 8 weeks! Lots of regular contact from Lisa through the whole process which was really appreciated.

From the first site visit, through the open house viewing process and on to the offer management and acceptance, the whole team at the Hayes branch have been fully engaged in managing the transaction on our behalf. Our negotiator has been diligent in organising and chasing up and down the chain to ensure that the transaction came to a satisfactory and timely conclusion. He kept us very well informed throughout. We would have no hesitation in recommending KFH as agents for the sale of houses in the Hayes area.
